PROVENIQ 360 (stylised PROVENIQ°) is a trading name of Provenance 360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Provenance 360 Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data you share with us through this website and our engagements.

2. What we collect

  • Contact data , name, company, email, phone, and the contents of any message you send us via forms, email, or scheduled calls.
  • Project data , information you share so we can scope, design and deliver a project (briefs, documents, screenshots, account access where authorised).
  • Usage data , anonymous, aggregated analytics about how visitors interact with this site (pages viewed, device type, referrer). We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

  • Responding to enquiries and scoping potential work.
  • Delivering services under a signed engagement, including invoicing.
  • Improving this website and our service offering.
  • Complying with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis
